Terms of Service

Last updated October 21, 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and ChatJiggleButt (“we”, “us”), based in Alberta, Canada. They apply when you use our website or create an account. By creating an account, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

1. The service

ChatJiggleButt gives you a private desktop in the cloud (your “workspace”) where you can run Microsoft Teams. During the hours you choose, it automatically moves the mouse and, if you turn it on, presses keys, so that Teams sees activity on that desktop. It also emails you if Teams signs out.

ChatJiggleButt is not made by, affiliated with, or endorsed by Microsoft. Microsoft and Teams are trademarks of Microsoft Corporation.

2. Your account

  • You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a binding contract.
  • Give us a real email address that you check, and keep it up to date.
  • Keep your password private. You're responsible for everything done through your account.
  • One person per account. Don't share or resell your account or workspace.
  • Tell us straight away at support@chatjigglebutt.com if you think someone else has used your account.

3. Your employer and Microsoft's rules

You alone are responsible for making sure your use of ChatJiggleButt is allowed by your employer, your contracts, Microsoft's terms for Teams and Microsoft 365, and the law where you live and work. We don't know your employer's policies and can't tell you whether they permit it.

You sign in to Teams on your workspace yourself, with your own Microsoft account. Your organization or Microsoft may block, flag or sign out sign-ins from our network, and may change Teams at any time in ways that stop the service from working. We can't control that and don't promise that Teams will keep you shown as Available.

We are not responsible for any consequences with your employer, clients or anyone else that come from your use of the service.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use the service or your workspace to:

  • break the law or help anyone else break it,
  • send spam, or store or share malware or illegal content,
  • attack, scan or try to break into any system, including ours,
  • mine cryptocurrency or run work unrelated to Microsoft Teams that overloads our servers,
  • get around our security, usage limits or billing, or
  • copy, resell or offer the service to others.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules, normally after warning you, but straight away if the risk is serious.

5. Free trial, billing and cancelling

  • New accounts get a free trial for the length shown on our Pricing page. You don't need a card to start it.
  • After the trial, the service costs the price shown on our Pricing page, plus any applicable taxes, billed monthly in advance through Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel.
  • You can cancel at any time from your dashboard. Your workspace keeps running until the end of the month you've paid for. We don't refund partial months, except where the law requires it.
  • If a payment fails, we'll let you know. If it isn't sorted out, your workspace will be switched off.
  • We may change the price. We'll email you at least 30 days before a new price applies to you, so you can cancel first if you want to.

6. When your trial or subscription ends

When your trial or paid subscription ends, your workspace is switched off. If you subscribe within 14 days, it starts back up as you left it. After 14 days it is permanently deleted, with everything on it. We can't recover a deleted workspace.

You can ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing support@chatjigglebutt.com.

7. Our access to your workspace

Your workspace runs on our equipment. You allow us to access it to set it up, update it, keep it working, fix problems you report, investigate security issues or abuse, and comply with the law. We don't look at your Teams messages, calls or files.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service running, but we don't promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may need to take it down for maintenance. We may also change or improve the service, and if we ever stop offering it, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice and stop charging you.

9. No warranty

To the extent the law allows, the service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, including that it is fit for a particular purpose, that it will keep your Teams status Available, or that it won't be detected or blocked by your organization or Microsoft.

10. Limit on our liability

To the extent the law allows:

  • we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of employment, income, business, contracts or data, and
  • our total liability to you for any claim about the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that the law doesn't allow us to exclude.

11. Your responsibility to us

If someone, including your employer, makes a claim against us because of how you used the service or because you broke these terms, you agree to cover our reasonable costs and losses from that claim.

12. Closing your account

You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms, if you don't pay, or if we have to by law. If we close your account for any other reason, we'll refund any time you've paid for and not used.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top, and if a change is significant we'll email you at least 30 days before it takes effect. If you keep using the service after that, the new terms apply. If you don't agree, you can cancel.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Alberta, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it in your local courts.

15. General

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between you and us about the service. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we don't enforce a part straight away, we can still enforce it later. You can't transfer your account or these terms to anyone else without our agreement.
